Attendance will vary between 5-10 people of various ages and gender. Most individuals come alone and some are accompanied by a family member at times. Books we reference regularly at each meeting for CBT include Freedom From Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder by Jonathan Grayson, Ph.D.
